Open Roles
Senior Backend Engineer
Design and build the core infrastructure that powers POC.ai's deployment pipeline. You'll work on container orchestration, build systems, and the APIs that developers interact with every day.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and container orchestration
- Experience building developer-facing APIs and CLI tools
- Comfort with infrastructure-as-code and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Strong opinions about reliability, observability, and system design
Frontend Engineer
Build the dashboard, deployment views, and developer experience that makes POC.ai intuitive and powerful. You'll own the design system and shape how developers interact with their deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production React applications
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Strong eye for design, typography, and interaction details
- Familiarity with developer tools and the workflows they enable
- Comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling
Developer Advocate
Be the voice of POC.ai in the developer community. Write tutorials, create demo projects, speak at events, and help shape the product by bringing real-world feedback from developers working with AI tooling.
Requirements
- Proven technical writing skills (blog posts, documentation, tutorials)
- Experience building and nurturing developer communities
- Hands-on familiarity with AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Comfortable creating video content and presenting at meetups or conferences
- Genuine enthusiasm for developer experience and open-source culture
